The tenancy began as a blank canvas. Within just three weeks, it was transformed into a sophisticated, future-ready commercial office in the heart of Sutherland.

Full-height glass partitions and glazed office fronts were installed to maximise natural light flow and create visual connectivity throughout the workspace. At the same time, carefully engineered acoustic treatments and soundproofing ensure confidential conversations remain private — a critical requirement for an accounting and advisory firm.

Material selection was deliberate and strategic. Dark, durable commercial carpet tiles were paired with timber flooring and hard-wearing vinyl to introduce contrast and depth while ensuring longevity in a high-traffic office environment. The result is a modern aesthetic grounded in practicality.

Biophilic elements were integrated throughout custom joinery and shelving. Built-in greenery softens the architectural lines, improves air quality and enhances employee wellbeing. Subtle pops of green reinforce the brand identity and create a more energised and natural work environment — proven to support productivity and workplace satisfaction.

The arrival experience was designed to make an immediate statement. A bespoke oversized marble reception desk anchors the foyer, complemented by feature LED lighting and a backlit branded logo that reinforces presence and professionalism. Two reception seats provide a welcoming yet refined waiting area.
