Understanding the Client & Their Vision - The client required a functional medical environment that could accommodate a growing patient base while maintaining a welcoming and professional feel. Key priorities included improving patient flow and circulation, increasing the number of treatment and consult rooms, and creating a more inviting, modern reception experience. The brief also called for branding to be integrated throughout the space, alongside finishes suitable for high-volume use and easy cleaning. Lighting and fixtures were carefully considered to enhance comfort without compromising functionality.
The client-supplied design focused on balancing clinical efficiency with warmth, ensuring the practice felt approachable while remaining highly durable for day-to-day operations.

Roseland Medical is a high-volume medical practice located on Level 2 of Roselands Shopping Centre, opposite Service NSW.
The project involved a complete transformation of an existing medical tenancy into a modern, efficient and welcoming clinical environment designed to support increased patient flow and operational performance.
The approximately 220m² tenancy underwent a full strip-out, with a completely reconfigured floor plan supplied by the client. The goal was to create additional treatment capacity, improve patient movement, and deliver a space suited to a busy, high-traffic practice.
