One Built Projects recently completed the transformation of a small café tenancy inside the busy Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, delivering a fresh new home for Chestnut Café in just 10 days.
The project involved converting an existing café into a bright, welcoming destination for shoppers and locals, all within an approximately 30m² footprint. Working within an active shopping centre required careful coordination, planning, and flexibility to ensure the fitout could be completed quickly without disrupting centre operations.

Because the café is located within a busy shopping centre environment, much of the work was completed after hours, allowing the centre to operate as normal during trading hours while construction progressed efficiently in the background.
